Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students

The Grievance Committee formed by Management/Director meets time to time to settle grievances of the faculty, staff & students in order to improve academic standards. Class Mentor System involving Faculty in addressing and solving student‘s problems has been evolved. The students are also allowed to freely interact with the respective Head of Departments and Director/Principal for any grievance. Quick redressal at the level of Director /Principal is ensured within 48 hours. Regular meetings of faculty and staff are held at the level of Head of the Departments/Sections and Director/ Principal during which grievance of faculty and staff, if any are taken up and sorted out.
